For four consecutive years, we had the privilege of bringing the Sharm Rendezvous corporate event to life, an exciting 3-day celebration hosted in Sharm El Sheikh. With an impressive guest list of more than a thousand attendees each year, this prestigious event was organized by the Insurance Federation of Egypt, in collaboration with multiple sponsors.

Our role was to ensure every detail was flawlessly executed. From designing bespoke decor that reflected each year’s theme to carefully managing seating arrangements and incorporating sponsor branding, we worked tirelessly to create an environment that was both dynamic and memorable. The result? An event that seamlessly blended professionalism with excitement, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.
